Jamaica Hurricane Relief Efforts
JCC, Inc. is making a great effort to collect tangible items and monetary donations to help residents of Jamaica, recently affected by hurricane Beryl. Let’s mobilize our communities here in the USA to help rebuild the many homes; small community businesses; schools, and religious gathering places, devastated by the heavy winds and rain. Please keep Jamaica in your prayers continuously.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated donations.
Respectfully,
Miss Debbie J.

An Elegant Evening to say the least!
With nearly 200 in attendance at this year’s Annual Heroes Banquet and Dance, the evening was filled with exuberance. Our keynote speaker, The Honorable Jamaican Consul General to Miami – Mr. R. Oliver Mair, eloquently addressed the gathering as he encouraged us to invest in the growth of the Homeland – Jamaica.
Other Highlights of the evening were the recognition and honoring of the Jamaican National Heroes, in addition, to our local Unsung Heroes – Veronica Dixon and Mr. & Mrs. Laughton Parchment.
JCC, Inc. Founder, the late Claudette Bailey was honored for her dedication and service to the organization. A Scholarship Fund was launched in her memory. The evening concluded with a season of dancing and socializing. What an awesome evening indeed.

THE STORY OF NICOLA ANNEMARIE BARNETT
Nicola Annemarie Barnett of Spaulding, Clarendon Jamaica was Born on May 3rd, 1995. As a Quadriplegic she has little to no support from those around her since the passing of her dear mother Nadine Barnett.
Sadly, in her helpless state it was discovered that she was enduring mental and physical abuse by heartless and mindless individuals.
